Slowly but surely I will get this site updated and fixed up into good condition :-)
January has been a difficult month for me. I came down with a flu during the weekend of the 8th-10th and shortly after that I developed infection in my lungs and sinuses. I was pretty sick for almost two weeks. I apologize to my members that I was not online to offer as many items for request or deliver as many tutorials as I had hoped. I am doing my best to do some catch up and get new things out before February arrives.
In my personal life there has been many things happening also. On January 9th, my mother's sister, received the gift of life - she underwent a double lung transplant after waiting on the donor recipient list for almost two years. Her recovery has not been without its hurdles but she is doing very well, all things considered, and my family are very grateful that she's been blessed with a second chance of life.
Today is my youngest daughter's 2nd birthday. I can hardly believe it but sure enough, she is definitely 2. She's developed a real sense of "I want to do it all by myself" ;) We had a small birthday party (just family) on the weekend which was a great time. Her godmother shares her birthday. She's pregnant with her first daughter and due in early April so my family are all really looking forward to the new baby's coming arrival. My cousin brought her daughter over to the party who will be two on March 31 and it was great to see Amy and Hailey play together. I feel so blessed to have a close family.
As February approaches and the Spring season occasions and holidays approach, I am now selling seasonal theme week/packages again. You will find the list of available packages on the top right of my site and the prices for each ($5 each and discounts for buying more than one). I will be selling packages for Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter and more. And as always, 10% of all of my profits will be donated to my local children's hospital, The IWK Health Center. I will be posting details on what each package will include very soon (usually 5 or so IM letters, about 10 tags, a coupon or gift, a desktop, etc).
My most newest news is that as of January 25th, I'm now part of a group called "Creators With Integrity". It is an invitation-only group. Being that it is new I haven't got many details to share at the moment but I am sure folks will hear about it more and more as the week goes on. Myself, Belinda of Designs by Belinda, Pat H of Pats Creations Forever Blessed, Lisa and Jackie from Grace Like Rain and others have come together to work against the problem of tutorial writers' work being copied, stolen or ripped by others and then passed off and claimed as their own new materials. Please note though that not all opinions voiced or expressed by individuals of the "Creators with Intregity" group are necessarily shared unanimously by all members of the group. Simply said, it is not automatically true that if one member makes a statement that I too will automatically agree or think likewise. We're working together to do our best so that quality, honest, innovative, unique and good tutorials will be available to individuals who faithfully support tutorial writers.

Making Incredimail letters is what I enjoy doing most in PSP. Most IM Letters I make are made using a tutorial written by someone else or a tutorial I write. I don't enjoy making scrolling IM letters or using HTML code to create letters. All of the letters I make are made for Incredimail. As with my tags I create, I store and back up the IMFs of letters I make on my 4Shared account (see links below) as well as within the files section of my group, LMKuhns Creations. Making personalized Incredimail stationery for others is a very enjoyable hobby for me.

In my offline life, I am a typical pack-rat. I like to organize and save just about everything! And that has been reflected online with my saving of my tags I've created. I love to make signature tags and extras! I began doing so in 2005 and just haven't stopped. I am also a siggie piggie myself; make it for me and I will keep it! As such I have several sites with hundreds and hundreds of tags saved. You're welcome to use my blanks to tag them for yourself or friends with names or phrases. You're very welcome to share "extras" I've made as well! I do ask that my blanks and extras are not used to create new stationery though; thanks.

Occasionally I make and share desktops with my members only group. I very rarely make desktop calendars. It isn't something I don't enjoy and I am able to make them...but for some reason I prefer making stats and tags. I always tell myself to make more desktops and when I open PSP I just find myself making stats and tags! Perhaps in the future I will become more inclined and interested in making desktops :) Most likely if it were requested of me to do so, I'd go ahead and make a desktop of a particular theme or style if a member wanted it done ;)

Welcome to LMKuhns PSP&IM Creations! My name is Lisa Marie Kuhn. I am 35 years old and I am from beautiful Halifax, Nova Scotia in SE Canada. I am very proud to be Canadian! I have been married since June of 2000 to my "university sweetheart" William. We are parents to four terrific daughters. They're ages 10, 8, 7 and 4. Above all else, my family is my most important priority in my life.
Throughout my life, art and writing were always very fun and enjoyable for me. I attribute my love of art, in part, to my father who was a professional artist himself. My mother always encouraged me in my interests as well.
I have been creating graphic art using Paint Shop Pro since 2003-2004. I began to use PSP to create email art for Incredimail in 2005. Of all of my hobbies, creating in PSP is my favorite pass-time. I opened LMKuhns PSP&IM Creations in June of 2008.
